User Agreement for Epi

Welcome to *Epi*! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Epi mobile application ("App"), operated by the Epi Team ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using *Epi*, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using *Epi*, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.  

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use *Epi*. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.  

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Epi in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and for lawful purposes only. You may not:  

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers.  

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.  

• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.  

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.  

4. User Content

Epi allows you to interact with an AI and provide input (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.  

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and agree that it will not:  

• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.  

• Contain any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.  

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, features, and content, are owned by or licensed to the *Epi Team*. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.  

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Epi at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or us.  

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Epi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, availability, or suitability for your needs.  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Epi Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.  

9. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of Epi after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.  

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
